Lake Austin is a 22-mile stretch of the seven Highland Lakes, gracing the area just west of Downtown Austin. Lined by prime waterfront real estate, this long narrow lake winds through some of Austin’s finest residential areas. Homeowners enjoy consistent water levels and unbeatable proximity to all things Austin. Homes along with the lake range from extravagant modern estates on expansive multi-acre lots with boat docks and manicured lawns, Mediterranean-style villas in gated communities, to condos and cottage-style homes with boat slips. Further out past the Penny Back Bridge lies quiet communities with towering Cypress Trees lining the shoreline. Manana Street, Weston Lane, and River Hills Road offer idyllic settings with a blend of architectural styles.
